If you have a query or concern regarding your child please speak with your child’s class teacher in the first instance.

If you have a complaint please contact Mr Stenson (Headteacher) either through making an appointment at the school office, tel: 01625 800 920 or by emailing head@mobberley.cheshire.sch.uk. A copy of the Complaints Policy is available on the Policies page.

All school staff will endeavour to listen to your issue with professional sensitivity and find appropriate solutions.

If you are ultimately unhappy with how any issue has been resolved you may wish to contact the chair of the Governing Body (Mrs Helen Mountney) in writing, marking your envelope ‘confidential’ and FAO: Chair of Governors which can be left in the school office.

Any parents who wish to be provided with paper copies of information held on the school website should also contact the school office and we would be happy to make these available to you.
